In business I’ve had many roles and titles.
Yes, I’ve been an employee, employer, contractor, entrepreneur, solopreneur, and partner. I learned many things. And sometimes I had to unlearn and relearn things. I just considered it a reboot each time. I’m resilient and so are you. I've left corporate life twice to start my own business...lots of learning there.

Conversations with Carolyn is a small, facilitated thinking space for women who want time to reflect, explore possibilities, and hear themselves think—without pressure to rush to decisions.
Group coaching
Group coaching is for women who are ready to move from reflection into structure. This is a guided, time-bound process designed to help you build or refine a clear, grounded one-page business plan.
Individual coaching
Individual coaching is for women who want a dedicated thinking partner focused entirely on their context. This option is designed for situations that involve complexity, transition, or the need for privacy and depth.
