Conversations
with Carolyn
Conversations with Carolyn is a small, facilitated thinking space for women who want time to reflect, explore possibilities, and hear themselves think—without pressure to rush to decisions.
This is not group coaching or a program. It’s a guided conversation designed to support discernment, clarity, and shared learning in a respectful, psychologically safe environment.
This option is well suited to women who are considering starting, reshaping, or simplifying a business and want to slow their thinking before committing to a plan.
Conversation topics
Each four-week series explores a set of related themes designed to support reflection, clarity, and meaningful conversation. Topics are shared in advance so participants can decide whether the focus and timing feel right for them.
Examples of conversation themes:
- Clarifying what matters now—and what no longer does
- Discernment before decisions
- Naming pressures, assumptions, and “shoulds”
- Creating space between ideas and commitments
The four conversations run consecutively to support continuity, trust, and depth.
While themes may align with the season or current conversations I’m hosting, each series stands on its own and is not dictated by the calendar.
Multiple conversation groups may be offered at different times depending on interest.

Group coaching

Group coaching is for women who are ready to move from reflection into structure. This is a guided, time-bound process designed to help you build or refine a clear, grounded one-page business plan.
In this small-group setting, we work through the core elements of your plan together—purpose, priorities, direction, and next steps—with thoughtful facilitation and shared learning. You benefit not only from your own thinking, but from hearing how others are approaching similar decisions.
Group coaching is well suited to women who have clarity about their direction and are ready to put structure around it, without rushing or oversimplifying. The outcome of this work is a practical, usable one-page business plan that reflects both your business goals and the life you want it to support.

- Up to 10 facilitated group sessions
This timeframe allows for depth, reflection, and progress, recognizing that clarity unfolds at different paces for different women.
The focus is not speed, but sound thinking and decisions you can stand behind.

Individual coaching

Individual coaching is for women who want a dedicated thinking partner focused entirely on their context. This option is designed for situations that involve complexity, transition, or the need for privacy and depth.
Working one-to-one allows us to move at your pace and respond to what emerges, while still maintaining clear structure and forward momentum. Together, we explore your goals, constraints, and priorities, and translate them into a clear, grounded one-page business plan.
Individual coaching is particularly helpful when your business or life circumstances don’t fit neatly into a group setting, or when you want tailored support as you make thoughtful, significant decisions.
Format and investment
Individual coaching is typically offered in a 90-day private container that includes structured sessions, reflection between meetings, and development of a clear one-page business plan.
